I had a similar problem with the same vehicle after a thorough
interior cleaning and it started behaving like that, so the mechanic
who was responsible agreed to deal with the problem since his people
were responsible, it took him almost 6 six fixing the problems, he
could fix the windows and the problem could shift to the central
locking system, or the dashboard lighting etc, so he eventually
noticed that there was a fault with the wiring system and he
eventually discovered a short circuit and a burnt/dead fuse then fixed
the problem.

If you want to take the vehicle to a Diagnostic Centre, well take it
to Opti-Ride at Hurlingham or check their details on
http://opti-ride.com.
