RE: Gichiri-KPA and Gichuki-KAA AND MANY MORE: Is this TRIBALISM Dr.Kibunja?

Even the Professor of Political Science appointed mtu wa nymbani MD of KEMSA (Kenya Medical Supplies Agency). Things are like that. Where a Minister is from tribe X, CEOs of parastatals under his ministry will be filled with people from tribe X. Remember the case of Sogomo (former TSC boss) who is now a boss in some parastatal in the Ministry of Sports. These are just a few examples. That is the trend.
 
Kwa hivyo hii makelele ya tribalism should be directed to all Ministers not selectively.

Please do not bother Dr. Kibunja, he will do nothing since these people have shame in their mind as long as the decision favours one of them. I wish William Ruto did not deny Kenyans the prospects of Federalism.

You are yet to see more. Have you ever ask yourself who heads the Parastatals in the Ministry of Energy, Internal Security, Tourism and all these others. Towards the end 2012 you will see the having a ratio 45:55 against Kenya.

Kibunja will still back but he has no power to bite. I like the way he talks big on what he is expecting be achieved. On equity he said that it will take close to 10 years to have something a kin to that. Kenyans need not to be optimistic despite having voted overwhelmingly for change.

We need a dictate like Kagame to come and put a threshhold which should be achieved in 1 year. I was made to understand there was an ombdsman in Kenya, what is his name? Could you know where his offices are? I think we should replace with Maina Kiai or John Githongo or Paul Muite or Okiya Omtata.

One does not have to be in the parliamentary committee as to know whether they were consulted or not.

Is it not an open secret that these appointments have been blatantly made with full disregard of the law of the land?

Is it not also an open secret that most parastatals and key government bodies are headed by people from one region?

Am not a tribalist and I believe in appointment on merit....my question however is...ARE THESE "PEOPLE" MORE QUALIFIED than the rest of Kenyans?

I only hope that when the right time comes and with the promulgation of the new constitution, all ethnic tribes in this beautiful country will have a level playing field....whether from Moyale, Lamu, Migori, Mbeere...and any other part of the country.

Remember what happened to .......when Nyayo was shown the door....
