If you remove the memories does the cpu beep?

Subject: Hp dx2200 diagnosis
Anybody with a solution to this hp dx2200 problem. When powered on, the fan becomes very noisy, no POST and the screen is blank.
I've tried to replace the power supply, memory cards, processor, CMOSS battery but still same problem.
I've also checked for any defects such swollen capacitors but I've found non.
