Kindly visit her and get to know her present condition.
Blood clots after accidents should not be taken lightly. Let the
doctor who examined her give you more advise if she seriously needs an
x-ray or any other kind of medication.
May God give you the wisdom on how to go about it because its quite a
delicate issue.
Help her out but do not over do it.
