Guys, before your judge this lady kindly reverse the situation.

 

Assuming you are the one walking back home to your family minding your own business on the side of the road (pavement maybe) NOT on the road. Someone hits you and even though he takes you to hosi, you still cannot go about your daily errands of fending for your family. 

 

I say pay her the money and have her sign that she is satisfied with that as compensation in the prescence of at least one witness who will also sign. 

If you do not have the money negotiate with her to reduce it or to have you pay in installments.

 

Believe me if you let this go beyond that it may get very nasty for you.
