Re: Rift Valley did not vote against the New constituion/ they thought it was presidential election

I dont remember Raila promising the Rift valeans
(please dont call them kales-its the most cosmopolitan province afta Nbi)that Mau will now be theirs afta he gets to the presidency which he did not even get!
As 4 the constitution lets run a test b4 we amend it.
You cannot be put on a start doze in anticipation of a desease.
