As Kenyans, we are really trying to move forward and burry the devil of Tribalism but our leaders especially the President is still stooped into tribalism when it comes to APPOINTMENTS. Mr.Muhoho headed KAA since Kibaki became the President and was recently arbitrarily replaced by Mr.Gichuki-in an appointment that was condemned by the Parliamentary Committee but the President and Transport Minister refused to listen to this committee and went ahead with his appointment. They also broke the law in the process.
 
Now Mr.Gichiri has been appointment to head KPA without any consultation with the Parliamentary Committee but more importantly all the forces-Kenya Police, NSIS, CID are headed by people from one region then all the major FINANCIAL institutions-Treasury, Ministry of Finance and KRA are headed by people from the same same region. Now KAA and KPA are also headed by people from the same same region. WHATS GOING ON AND WHATS DR.KIBUNJA DOING ABOUT ALL THESE??

so that i understand, from your statement (highlighted) is my father circumcised or not and what about me;
If you cannot address the issues I raised then your thoughts about circumcision et al belong to the 19th century Kalenjin village. From your writings it appears you are still engrossed in the  believe that your brain will grow and develop faster after circumcision.
My advice - get yourself a ticket to North Korea
