| I think Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka's logic on apologizing to the church over his stance on the referendum is pegged on the following reasons: 1.Musyoka's argument is that Eastern Province voted NO almost 50 percent because of the influence of the church and therefore to get back to the people of Eastern province, he has to apologize to the church given that he painfully took a YES stance on the constitution. Were it not for him being the Vice President, he would have easily taken a No stance. 2. Secondly, Musyoka takes himself to be a christian-a SAVED christian and therefore believes that the church and its followers are automatically on his side come the 2012 General elections. This then means that he has to mend fences with the church after the referendum. This also explains why Hon. Musyoka was a "watermelon" for a long time during the referendum. He may still be a watermelon.

Guys, As Makau Mutua pointed out in yesterday's souvenir copy of the Sunday Nation, some of us are being too politically correct and looking for simple answers. There were winners and losers, there were those who were on the right side of history and those who were not. To say that we are being unfair by not allowing NO members to the KICC victory party is to oversimplify the matter. The issue fair and square is that: Politics in Kenya has been about trickery, deception, double speak and hippocrisy. Political prostitution has not been frowned upon and has been practiced by leaders high up and who look only to personal survival no matter what. These types of politicians do not believe in anything, and can thus not take a stand on anything concrete. This disease has spread fast in our society permeating even civil society where we have seen guns for hire masqerading as reformers and looking for a quick buck, undermining themselves and the sector in the name of democracy. The youth must take a different approach. This kind of kalonzo politics, of SELF,playing SAFE must be flushed out and replaced with forthright, value driven, issues based siasa. I have no beef with Ruto, except that he took a position we thought was wrong headed but he was steadfast. HOWEVER, beware the electorate had great expectations of youthful leaders and its very sad that those hopes have been dashed by the conduct of Ruto, Jebii, Kutunny, Wathika, Namwamba, Mbugua etc. voter wrath will be inevitable. Vijana, let's turn from the politics of lies and deceit perfected by the KANU boys and let's embrace a new philosophy and for God's sake stick to it, all the while seeking wisdom. Have a good week!

Questions have arose on how rebel Cabinet ministers and MPs are going to be party to the implimentation process.
What is the VPs apology for!
I want to believe that those who took NO/RED were convinced as i was convinced about the draft law and took the YES/GREEN side.None needs to apologize,it was a democratic process.
In the christian fora,we are preached to not to be lukewarm ( neither cold, nor warm).Isnt Hon.Vp a political lukewarm! That is a road block to the new law.

What crime did Jebii commit by going to the Yes victory party? Not that i support her, not that i admire anything about her, i don't at all, but i don't see what's wrong with her being there. Jagem, Mzee on this one \i fully agree with you save to differ with you on your views on Jebii. Please Jagem next time don't discuss Jebii here. You may not be aware but she was running a salon in Eldoret town before ODM piked into Siasa. You can imagine doing women hair ever day and climaxing it every weekend when most women are idle and only found in salons. The kind of talk found in Salons can reveal to you the kind of person or character Jebii is. As for Mzee Samoei I think you are right. I would rather we believe a leader like Hitler than one like Kalonzo. Bure Kabisa B ure kabisa Kalonzo usyoka

Hey Ya'all There are many politicians in Kenya, some even in Parliament who will never know what they stand for, where they would like to go and what their people need. In that group Musyoka leads. Kilimo is also in that camp. They are people you cannot count on, nor can you trust them. During the time when ODM was looking for a Presidential Candidate to the last general elections, the Party held many closed door meetings, which were used in strategising for getting a most suitable candidate. Jebii was then one of the comittee members. Surprisingly all minutes of those closed door meetings were leaked to a rival PNU party. When the Party intelligence Machinery went into action it was discovered that, one J. Kilimo always had two meetings whenever ODM had these closed door meetings. One meeting was to gather information at closed door ODM meetings, and the second, to debrief PNU intelligence, on another meeting, about what was discussed in ODM meetings. When the Party Confronted her with the facts on dates when her meetings with PNU stalwats took place, Jebii was confounded. She chose not to answer and walked out of the ODM meeting. A few days later she called a press conference where she stated her stand and ironically went ahead to accuse Raila of oppressing people in ODM. When she could not be reconciled with members of the Party, ODM decided to let her go. So for Jebii, despite her extreme beauty, charisma, and being outspoken, when it really matters, she can not stand up to be counted. In other words she cannot take a stand and champion it, as we have seen with other leaders from her region like Dr Sally Kosgey, Leboso, Sambili etc. If you choose to put your money on Jebii, you can do it, but at your own peril for she will take you on the same path as Kalonzo Musyoka; No Ye Yes; Yes No No!!!!! These types of leaders, can easily betray you on a course. William Somoen, is ok because he choses a stand and makes it known. William siyo wa kuyumba yumba, hata kama mnaenda kutumbukia Bamuda triangle, yeye bado ata kuongoza kwenye hiyo njia. Maybe foolhardy, but have marks of a strong Leader. Have a political day ready for implementing "KONSTITUSION" ama ni KATIBA? I think we are being petty here? Just attending a party! I thought we keep reminding Kenyans the win is ours, lets forge ahead together. So, whats wrong with Lina's presence. I am against all these but Kenya needs straight forward leaders who have specific stand; such move of attending can portray Kenya negatively as hooligans may shout at her(remember hakuna soko ambayo inakosa mwendawazimu). She should have taken her time to attend such rally.
