RE: Tommorrow is |D-day for the document .......YEEEEESSSSSSSSSS.......

THE VOTE IS YES  - we’ll never get the perfect document that the NO team is after. Non  of the constitutions  in the world over is perfect and acceptable to all the subjects– they  hv learnt to accept them the way they are to let peace prevail.  Just like any items we always have different makes and designs for everyone. Look at  cars we have different ones for everyone – don’t they use the same petrol/diesel  and again we use the same roads no one  leaves the road because you/I drive a VW/ Merc/BMW/Subaru etc.

Tomorrow -Lets go throw out votes into the ballot boxes not missiles at fellow Kenyans. To those who do not hv voting cards,  please –peace and kindly do not complain.

Rgds and happy voting.

Tommorrow is d-day to throw away the document written by the Committee of Errors. Thereafter we shall remove the errors and take it back to Wananchi. Some muslims who initially rejoced about the Kadhi's courts NOW have realized that there is the international law to contend with that may be oppressive. Adoption of international law withoput having it domesticated through parliament compromises our sovereignty. Kenya will be a free market for everything.

Look at this

2) The State shall not—

(a) exercise control over or interfere with any person engaged in broadcasting, the production or circulation

of any publication or the dissemination of information by any medium; or

(b) penalise any person for any opinion or view or the content of any broadcast, publication or dissemination.

Who will allow pornography to be shown on TV or sold through print media? This clause will allow that.
