Re: Omtatah Accepts Court Ruling.

So what next for Omtatah? Next you might see him in court trying to stop the KCPE exams this year. I hate non-Kenyans who meddle in our Country's affairs.

Why is Omtatah laughing after he lost this case? He should be crying after losing his money and time in court. The only person who should be smiling is his lawyer Migosi Kajama because he was to be paid regardless of the outcome (no wonder he tickled Omtatah all the way to his bank:). We expected to see Nyongesa and co laughing unless the picture was taken before ruling with Kajama tickling OOO about the possibility of winning.

This is the spirit, I believe we will hold tight as one Kenya despite the outcome. I must say this draft KATIBA has taught us to deliberate without fighting. We have sometimes had heated moments but averall, we have remained civil and this is how it should be.
 
I must thank you and all NO Generals for holding forte for NO when many went underground following the YES jagganaut. The debates hepled both sides and especially the undecided to know it better.You have been a worthy opponent to debate and your resilence is commendable.
 
I hope we shall meet here after August 4th to discuss the amendments and how to go about them.

I also want to tell all those I have clashed with in this blog in selling either the NO or YES product, that after 4th August bado tutakuwa hapa hapa Kenya na tutaendelea kujenga taifa pamoja. Therefore will be no winner or loser. Either a NO or YES win, it will all be a lose lose situation because
 
(i) If NO wins, we shall have squandered an opportunity to obtain a new katiba.
(ii) If YES wins, we shall have enacted a katiba that does not unify Kenyans.
 
Hakuna adui kwa haya maneno. Vote peacefully.
